By intervening as little as possible on our wines and drawing out the quintessence of our terroir, we preserve the quality of the grapes and maintain the nuances of each specific locality. We constantly seek the best possible blends in order to find the character of our estate.
Our wine is produced at the cooperative and we are very involved in this process.
Since 2006, a small quantity of our wines is matured in oak barrels to make our Fleur de Bois cuvée.
We advise you to drink our champagnes as an aperitif at a temperature of 8°C.
